Had our taxes done yesterday with Carl. It took 2 hours to do something that should have only taken a half hour because he works at a snail's pace. It was like dealing with the sloth at the DMV from the movie Zootopia. We walked out and we'll be dropping off our taxes to be done with a REAL accountant. We chose H&R Block because we thought it would be quicker and cheaper. It was neither.
