  So my wife and I had an appointment with this place. We get there and they have the door locked. We knock, no one comes....we wait...we wait...another family with a baby shows up. We call every number, get no answers at all. There is a lady in the back office that can see us but no one comes to the door. Finally my wife knocks again a bit louder and a lady comes to the door and is like "wow that was loud who did that?" So my wife says it was me...they lady then immediately asks "do you have an apointment?"...as to have a way to easily dismiss us, but we did have an appointment. So seeing the look on her face at that point seemed like an expression of "damnit they WERE supposed to be here so what else can I say to get rid of them?".. so the lady says the person we had an appointment with is not at work so too bad...at this point is was very lightly sprinkling at about 1:22 pm. Signs on the office say they are open...but this woman says "because of the incliment weather"...please..it is sprinkling very little...honestly is was very rude and unprofessional. I have managed properties before and I never got bad reviews. No call to say sorry we had to cancel your appointment or anything...that means it is under very unorganized management...everyone that leases from there needs to know the state landlord and tennant laws because I am sure after seeing how they operate they likely break their own leases on a regular basis yet they probably hold every renters foot to the fire on every little point in the lease. You really need to wonder with a place that always has the doors locked...why? They must be making a lot of people very angry or they wouldn't need to lock their office doors during business hours....
